HIRSCH The HORIZON, honors our forward-looking nature: steadfast, determined, moving onward at a brisk pace, forever in search of the next adventure. The HORIZON isn’t an end result, a destination on a map; it’s something we spend our lives in search of.
The HORIZON is a "high rye" straight bourbon distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Each bottle of this small batch bourbon is identified with a batch number on the tax strip and updated whiskey specifications on the back of the bottle.
A classic bourbon profile with sweet cornbread and vanilla on the nose. The palate is balanced with warm notes of cinnamon and oak. A slight lingering sweetness on the finish.
Bottled at 92 proof, The HORIZON is crafted to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

The Bivouac, pronounced “biv∙ou∙ac,” refers to a temporary camp without a tent or cover. It alludes to a way of travel only meant for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature. HIRSCH The Bivouac honors those adventurous spirits who are brave enough to take the road less traveled.
The Bivouac is a "high malted barley" straight bourbon distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky - the world capital of Bourbon. This whiskey is a blend of two bourbons, 95% of the blend is distilled from mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley, aged a minimum of 3 years. The remaining 5% is distilled from a high malted barley mash 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley, aged for at least 5 years, for added complexity.
On the nose, barley, fresh-cut, cinnamon, cherry, and vanilla. On the palate, maple pecan and peanut forward bourbon with delicate notes of citrus, stone fruit, and honey, all held together by malted barley.
Each bottle of this small batch bourbon is identified with a batch number on the tax strip and updated whiskey specifications on the back of the bottle.
Bottled at 100 proof with approximately 160 barrels bottled with every batch. Enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

The Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an exclusive HIRSCH release finished in 30-year-old HINE Cognac XO barrels, in Bardstown, Kentucky. This unique expression between HIRSCH Selected Whiskeys and HINE Cognac results in a rich, complex, and well-rounded whiskey.
HINE, a 259-year-old cognac house internationally acclaimed for its blends, vintages, and extra old cognacs, takes pride in its unequaled collection of exceptional cognacs dating back to the 1800s.
Fifty-four barrels of HIRSCH 6-year-old bourbon were finished in 30-year-old HINE Cognac XO casks for 18 months, adding a subtle character of Cognac to the bourbon. This unique expression has a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley.
On the nose, it offers notes of dusty cherry and charred citrus with a palate of over-ripe stone fruit, fresh raisin, soft heat, and finishes dry, yet flavors continue to develop.

THE SINGLE BARREL

HIRSCH, The Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey debuted in 2021 in honor of Bourbon Heritage.
HIRSCH's Third Edition of The Single Barrel is aged in New American Oak barrels. The expression consists of two mash bills: 70% is 74% Corn, 18% Rye, 8% Malted Barley and 30% is 72% Corn, 13% Rye, 15% Malted Barley. These two whiskeys were blended and then put back into the same barrel to mellow for a year.
The Single Barrels are high proof, but approachable at ABVs ranging from 54-57%.
The nose is nutty and spicy with notes of root beer and hints of tobacco. On the palate, you'll taste cashew butter, sarsaparilla, and soft hints of stone fruit.

THE SINGLE BARREL DOUBLE OAK

HIRSCH The Single Barrel Double Oak releases are aged eight years in a New American Oak barrel with a char #4 and finished in custom char #1 New American Oak barrel for one year. This bourbon whiskey offers three styles of single barrels comprised of 72% Corn, 13% Rye, 15% Malted Barley and is maple sweet on the nose, with layers of caramel, fig, and tobacco, all held together by a soft oak presence. On the palate, you get leather, baking spice, vanilla, and caramel.
Only 30 barrels are available in this second HIRSCH The Single Barrel Double Oak release.
